WEEK 7.1: 3-D PRINTING THE WATERING RING

During last week's lab period, we finally submitted our proposal to use the 3-D printer in order to create our complex watering ring. For the past few days, we went through multiple designs starting from scratch and adding in details until we were satisfied with the final product. The model we settled with can be seen below in Figure 1. Although it cannot be seen, there is actually another set of drip holes hidden inside the ring.
